This notice explains how OLSC Bahrain uses and protects information supplied by members and applicants.
Information we collect
We collect the information requested in the membership application and information needed to administer membership, confirm payments, communicate with members and provide eligible member services.
How we use it
Information is used only for legitimate OLSC Bahrain membership administration, communications, eligibility checks and related member services. It is not sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Consent and access
Applicants consent to this processing when they submit the application. Access is restricted to authorised OLSC Bahrain committee members who need the information for their role.
Storage and security
Membership information is stored in a restricted-access OLSC Bahrain Google Drive protected by account security controls. Sensitive membership information must not be distributed through personal messaging accounts, unsecured email or public links.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only while needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable administrative or legal requirement. Records are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer required.
Children
A parent or legal guardian must provide or approve information submitted for a member under 18. OLSC Bahrain prioritises the welfare and safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
Your choices
Members may ask to access, correct or delete their information, subject to any applicable retention requirement, by emailing info@olscbahrain.com.
